                                                    Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is ATC all about?

We are the contractors resource and networking group, offering prime active opportunities to operators nationwide. Our priority is to link small business operators directly with our prime government contacts, logistic suppliers, DSPs, and retailers. We understand once you purchase a truck, get insurance and set up your company you are ready to start rolling. Even if your a 20 year company with a small fleet your objective is to keep your trucks rolling. BROKERS, all understand this concept. As we have nothing bad to say about brokers, A company looking to expand into later evaluations at 7 to 8 figures will need to do without them.

With that said there are many companies adjacent to ATC. They offer contracts and bidding services. We separate ourselves in many different ways. Our formula for success is built under our knowledge from driving trucks to operating 3PLs and running corporate accounts for 12 years. We know what we are talking about and pretty much have zero tolerance for minds that aren’t open to a plethora of knowledge.

Our formula consists of first getting contractors onboard with active great paying dedicated local contracts. The requirements to assume these contracts can set up any business for government contracting. Once our contractors are set with incoming income we start a plan to increase vehicles each quarter. We offer build out productions, employee staffing across the country, and orchestrate your 3PL services. To contract with retailers, produce companies and manufacturers a 10 vehicles minimum and regional coverage plans to cover multiple locations across a procured city is required. After our contractors are eligible, We then link your company with retailers to provide direct contracted services. The negotiations and meetings with these direct service providing contracts usually take a month 3,6,or 12 months and you have one shot at evaluations to do business with these corporations. Our job at ATC is to get our network prepared for future expansion of these opportunities. The end goal is to gather every company within our network into our procurement group to pursue governmental contracts. Let’s get to work and build a great organization!

7. I don't have the insurance requirements requested. Do you have any provider suggestions I can acquire?

Yes, we recommend providers such as BiBerk or Bizchoice.

8. Are you going to scam me?

No, we absolutely will not. We take pride in offering reputable services and aim for long-term success. Our goal is to build a strong network to secure substantial opportunities across the US, and mutual trust is paramount to achieving this.

9. I've never paid to operate a contract. Why do you charge?

In reality, you've been paying more through brokers who deduct fees from your annual trucking salary. ATC offers a unique service that no agent or broker provides. Instead of annual deductions, we offer a one-time fee or a small monthly fee if the upfront payment is too much to pay at the start.

10. Are the contracts guaranteed after I pay?

Our contracts are active, but it's the contractor's responsibility to qualify and meet all requirements to secure the MSA. We provide a list of requirements once you proceed with ATC.

11. How long does it take to start working?

Safety and compliance checks typically take 3-5 days to complete, including insurance checks and background screenings. Afterward, you'll receive the MSA contract to sign and be scheduled for a warehouse location tour. Your team will have a few days for training with experienced drivers and technicians, and then you'll receive your first work order to start operations.

12. After the opt-in payment, how long do I have until the next payment?

You have a full 30 days between recurring monthly payments.

Payment and Pricing

13. What forms of payment do you accept?

To make payments, please link your credit/debit card information securely through our STRIPE payment link.

14. Are there any hidden fees or additional costs for your services?

The only things hidden with us is our contacts to unpaid but interested contractors. We do not even respond because to us securing a payment “with us” ensures your serious about doing business with us and not wasting our time.

15. Do you offer refunds or guarantees?

We have a 65% refund policy in place if the contractor does not sign the MSA contract to start operations.

16. Why do we have to pay an upfront fee?

Our upfront fee ensures that both parties are committed to the partnership. We've encountered issues in the past where contractors signed agreements but refused to respond after onboarding, leading us to employ collection agencies, which took a significant percentage of the funds. Going forward, we are committed to transparency, ensuring that your business gets off to the right start without any doubts about payment.

17. Hey, would you like me to fill out this information before talking to someone on the phone?

The documents needed to contract you for work are automated and sent after payment. We will reach out to all contractors who are successfully in our network and as of now we do not see you in our network and would ask you to complete your sign up with payment. The info on our site provides a more than in depth overview of our current operations for interested operators. These contacts are exclusive to us as we have a partnership with each of them. We are not brokers or agents; we help companies secure active contract opportunities within our network of corporate contacts.

We are not calling contractors around the US as brokers would, as that is usually a waste of time.

We started this company with written agreements and accepting payments after 30 days of the contractor's start date, but contractors do not honor a payment they can control. Therefore over time we switched to requiring an upfront payment before any documents to contract are sent, POC conversations, and linking insurance with our contacts safety & compliance department. We are always on the side of the corporate opportunities so chasing contractors is not our thing. Our contact list pertains to Commercial suppliers and Retail owners.

We are building a network of Trusted individuals, Please don't disregard what could be a great opportunity for your company. Thank you
