Your payment is secure and holds great significance at ATC. We stand by our commitment to provide a 65% refund if contractors do not qualify to provide services or receive the Master Service Agreement (MSA) to commence operations.
It's essential to understand that Stripe exclusively conducts business with accredited companies. Failure to meet their accreditation standards results in immediate account removal. We have successfully navigated their rigorous compliance interview and requirements, allowing us to seamlessly send or receive payments and contractual documents to our onboarded network through their platform.
Time is of the essence in our industry, and we, being a smaller back office, face the challenge of reaching hundreds of companies daily via phone and actually moving forward – the upfront fee insures the operator is serious to do business with ATC.
To address this, our development team at ATC has innovatively introduced an option for our operators to make opt-in payments at any time after reviewing the operational scope. By doing so, they automatically receive a phone call, POC email and phone number, essential documents including the Carrier Questionnaire, Driver/Helper Packet, Insurance Documents, Badge Photo Picture Submission Form, Workers Comp Preferred Vendor details, and an Opt-Out Document (depending on the operator's state). All this information is promptly dispatched via email immediately following your payment.
Our ultimate aim is to have all our operators under contract, actively generating income, and thus, advancing our industry presence. We don't have any intentions to deceive or act as brokers. On the contrary, we are diligently building an enterprise that caters to a growing demand for our network to produce direct source contracting opportunities nationwide.
Our larger goal revolves around accumulating a substantial number of operators within our network. This allows us to position ourselves favorably with government and commercial Points of Contact (POCs). They, in turn, will release lucrative opportunities such as the $35M Port Logistics Sub-Operations or the establishment of new warehouses for our retail 3PL supplier services. These opportunities can translate into operators earning up to $1100 per day per truck delivery (First Tier Positions). Positioning our network to compete with the largest 500 companies in the transportation industry!
For all these efforts and our commitment to providing immediate service and expedited onboarding, we must secure compensation upfront. We value the time and resources we invest and expect that our contractors recognize the value we bring to their operations.

Option 1: Clear the agreement with a one-time payment of $1,000 to A.T.C via Credit/Debit Card Transaction.
Option 2: If you are unable to pay the full $1,000 per truck onboarded after onboarding and working, there is an alternative option. You can make monthly payments of $291 until your opt out amount of $1,000 is cleared. If you choose this option, the payment will be completed in full at $3,500 per truck within 12 months. After the full payment is made, the recurrence of monthly payments will cease.
